Checando en varias fuentes, puedo decir que, a día de hoy (26-09-16) NO, no existe una versión del Tristram Mod para las versiones 1.14 del juego.
"The latest version of PlugY is only compatible with 1.13c. With the 1.14 patches they removed D2gfx.dll which PlugY used to add features. It is unlikely PlugY will ever be updated to support any of these new versions, as it would have to be rebuilt from the ground up."
